The “Visual Storytelling” workshop organized by METU Crea was held on November 28, 2025 at METU Design Factory.
The workshop explored key principles of establishing an effective visual narrative language in:
- Game trailers
- Product videos
- Film teasers
In the morning sessions, participants analyzed the shared cinematic language of trailers. In the afternoon, they developed short teaser drafts based on selected products.
Topics such as atmosphere creation, rhythm, information flow, moodboard and storyboard development, editing, and basic color/sound design were covered both theoretically and practically.
Workshop #6 aimed to strengthen the strategic role of visual storytelling in creative production processes.
